I have been seeing some disturbing stories about Republicans courting the "Log Cabin Republicans" and other homosexual groups. G. K. Chesterson once said, "Tolerance is a virture of a man without convictions". I have always supported Republicans because of their moral platform and refusal to compromise. When Republicans abandon their convictions and reach out to homosexuals I can oppose them as easily as I can the Democrats. I urge you to keep a strong moral platform and resist efforts at promoting "tolerance" and "accommodation". I believe it will cost Republicans far more than any gain by catering to homosexual groups. Keep the Republican party a party with a strong moral platform that I can support.
