Barak Obama owes Elena Kagan big time. All of the requests to even question Obama's right to be president were denied by efforts, of course. They were never heard. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it?
The American people mean nothing any longer. It's all about payback time for those that compromised themselves to elect someone that really has no true right to even be there.
We should be getting so sick of all of this nonsense.
The USA has finally become the laughing stock of the world. GOD help and deliver us.
Not only was Elena Kagan the Solicitor General for the Supreme Court, but, according to Wikipedia, her successor, Neal Kumar Katyal, born March 12, 1970, is the Acting Solicitor General of the United States, having succeeded Elena Kagan.
Prof. Katyal was the "Paul and Patricia Saunders Professor of National Security Law" at Georgetown University Law Center and the lead counsel for the Guantanamo Bay detainees in the Supreme Court case Hamdan v. Rumsfeld, which held that military commissions set up by the Bush administration to try detainees at Guantanamo Bay "violate both the UCMJ and the four Geneva Conventions."
While serving at the Justice Department, he has argued numerous Supreme Court cases, including his successful defense (by an 8-1 decision) of the constitutionality of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 in the landmark case, Northwest Austin v. Holder.

Obama's Constitutional qualifications.
Why even bother bringing up the subject of Obama probably being unqualified to be President? The Republican Senators and Congressmen do nothing to persue that matter anyway, but expect us to keep voting for them!? It's time to vote for third party candidates who are true conservatives instead of RINO's or "Professional" politicians. That's why I'm voting for Sharron Angle. Had Sharron Angle ran as an Independent, she would have still gotten my vote. Republican Party: WAKE UP!
