Despite the fact that the Democrats founded the Ku Klux Klan, forcibly segregated public schools throughout the South, stood on school house steps to bar young blacks from entry,and made it illegal for blacks to carry firearms with which to defend themselves - somehow this band of extreme socialists calling themselves the Democratic National Committee have conviced America's blacks that living in dependence on Democratic socialism is better than relying on self-determination.  In this column by Patrick J.
