Editor's Note:  Stephen Frank, a California conservative with a highly-influential daily newsletter summing up the craziness of the socialist-run state formerly known as California, penned the following blog item about a Canadian Premier (equivalent to a state governor) coming to Florida for heart surgery, leaving behind the blessed grace of his country's socialized health care which the pinkos there have literally run into the ground.  Sound familiar?  This is a good read and lesson for all of us!

New blogger Jeff McLeod, of Corona, CA, draws a haunting parallel between the 1970s movie Soylent Green and Obamacare.  The parallels found by Mr. McLeod in this blog entry are brilliantly drawn, if eerily foreboding.  A good read.  Editor

Washington, DC - Congressman John Campbell (R-CA) reports that the new Pelosi bill that promotes Obamacare is "... more costly, more controlling and closer to socialism that the previous iteration..." based in no small part because the bill creates 111 news boards, agencies, commissions and programs. 

This number is more that twice that of the previous version of the bill called the "Baucas" bill that came out of the Senate.  Included in Pelosi's bill are, of course, the death panels that she spends most of her time trying to prove do not exist.
