In the California Superintendent of Instruction race, the only CLEAR choice is to get behind Diane LENNING, the only candidate who will do what is best and right for California's kids.

Unlike her main opponents, Aceves or Torlakson, Lenning has taught over 30 years in the trenches!  Amazingly enough, Lenning needs only a little over a million votes to WIN!  This is the best odds any Republican conservative candidate has ever had in recent past.  Diane stated, "I would not let people who talk about supporting Aceves 'fool you!'  He will be the same, if not worse!...than Torlakson.  We know what Torlakson will do!...but you will be lulled into complacency by deception while Aceves pushes the left wing agenda."

Despite the fact that the Democrats founded the Ku Klux Klan, forcibly segregated public schools throughout the South, stood on school house steps to bar young blacks from entry,and made it illegal for blacks to carry firearms with which to defend themselves - somehow this band of extreme socialists calling themselves the Democratic National Committee have conviced America's blacks that living in dependence on Democratic socialism is better than relying on self-determination.  In this column by Patrick J. The U.S. Federal Government under both the Bush and Obama administrations has made it perfectly clear that in the event of almost any major disaster scenario, including economic and environmental, they see the institution of Martial Law as not only viable, but inexorable. From legislative actions like the Patriot Act and the Enemy Belligerents Act (currently in committee) to continuity of government programs such as Rex 84 (formerly classified) and Presidential Directive PDD 51 (currently classified, even from Congress), all the “legal” precedents have been put into place to allow the Executive Branch to implement military oversight of civilian affairs, dissolution of Constitutional liberties, even the end of Miranda Rights and the right to a speedy impartial trial as protected under the Sixth Amendment. In some cases, government legislation allows for the rendition and torture of American citizens as combatants, all for the “greater good”, of course…

Washington, DC - President Barack Obama has unveiled his budget for fiscal year 2011. It is a monstrosity. It increases spending, it increases taxes, it increases debt, and it increases the deficit.

That's bad enough, but that's not the half of it. The spending, taxes, debt and deficit go out as far as the eye can see. The deficits average just short of $1 trillion per year over the 12-year period outlined in the budget, even with the administration's overly optimistic economic assumptions. By comparison, the average annual deficit during the years (1994-2006) that Republicans controlled Congress was $104 billion. That deficit was too high then, but this deficit simply has no comparison.

Washington, DC - Congressman John Campbell (R-CA) reports that the new Pelosi bill that promotes Obamacare is "... more costly, more controlling and closer to socialism that the previous iteration..." based in no small part because the bill creates 111 news boards, agencies, commissions and programs. 

This number is more that twice that of the previous version of the bill called the "Baucas" bill that came out of the Senate.  Included in Pelosi's bill are, of course, the death panels that she spends most of her time trying to prove do not exist.
