Rush Limbaugh's face-off with the fury of the left smear-machine is commented on by Frances Rice, retired lawyer and US Army Lieutenant Colonel, who is the chairman of the National Black Republican Association.  Her views may surprise you.  They shouldn't because as a conservative, she believes every diminution of our freedom of association by the fear mongerers on the left is another chip taken off the very foundations upon which America was built.
