Wiley threatens that if they do not do it, he will begin a third party that will. Here is the American deal: The 10/2010 to 9/2011 budget that Obama proposes calls for spending $3.8 trillion of which $1.3 trillion will be borrowed and added to the current debt of the United States. The only thing this budget accomplishes is to put the American People into further debt. Wiley contends that since the Federal Government can’t pass an audit nor account appropriately for all its spending, then it is in violation of Article I Section 9 of the Constitution and has forfeited its right to continue to operate without supervision by the States.

Therefore it makes perfect financial sense to limit the Federal Government to borrowing only $1 trillion to cover only the essential parts of government. The $2.5 trillion that was planned to be taken in, as Federal Taxes will be kept by the American people for one year. This money then would be invested into the private economy creating millions of jobs. This infusion into the economy will end the Democrat Depression of 2010. With the next Republican led Congress in January of 2011, the new budget process of zero based budgeting will be established and the budget of the Federal government will be built on essential needs, approved by the Congress and three quarters of the states.

The states then will devise a method to fund the essential needs of the Federal government. The operations of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid will be taken over by the states, along with all Federal Lands and properties within their borders, to be used as collateral to process the unfunded liabilities congress has allowed to grow over the years.

All Federal Retirement programs and benefits to politicians are hereby negated. If the Republican Party, like the Democrats believes that the Federal Government is more important than the American Family, then they will be replaced as well.
